Is there a minimum term or a contract commitment?

Not for building the website; that is a one-off assignment at a fixed price. Maintenance and hosting are cancellable monthly, with no minimum term and no automatic renewal for a year. If you later want to run the site yourself or have someone else take over, we hand it over in an orderly way. We would rather businesses stay because it fits, not because a notice period has passed.
