Preparing your existing photos starts from 290 € net. All prices net, plus VAT.

Most landscape gardening businesses do not have an enquiry problem, they have a sorting problem. Tiny jobs come in, price comparers get in touch, and the enquiry from the neighbouring district fits neither the route planning nor the machinery. At the same time, photos of the finest garden projects sit unsorted on the owner's phone. Our services start exactly there: every building block helps the right prospects find you, lets the wrong ones filter themselves out, and makes your business visible both as a contractor and as an employer.

A fixed-price website

The first building block is the website itself, at a price that is settled before we start: from 1,490 € net, plus VAT. It includes up to eight pages, the portfolio gallery, the enquiry form, consistent mobile operation and the first year of hosting. It is built around your trades rather than around a website-builder grid: paving, terraces, fencing or grounds maintenance each get their own page, so prospects find exactly what they are looking for. If you need more scope, for example dedicated pages for the surrounding towns and a careers section, that starts at 2,900 € net. What is included at which level is set out on the landscaping website page and in the pricing overview.

Usable from the digger

Your customers look at their phone on the sofa in the evening, not at a desk. That is why every page is built for small screens first and for the monitor afterwards.

Structured by trade

One page per service instead of a single collective page. Prospects immediately understand whether you do their job, and you receive fewer enquiries for work you do not offer at all.

The price is settled beforehand

You receive a quote with a clear fixed price, not open hourly billing. Later additions are quoted separately and, again, at a fixed price.

In landscape gardening the eye decides. A customer planning a new terrace does not want to read a list of services, they want to see what a finished surface looks like when you have built it. That is why every website gets a portfolio gallery in which projects are sorted by trade and location, each with a short description, the materials used and, where available, a before-and-after view. This works in two ways: prospects recognise your signature, and in a sales conversation you can point to a fixed address instead of sending pictures by message. How such a gallery is structured and how many projects make sense is explained on the portfolio gallery page.

An enquiry form that sorts in advance

The enquiry form is the building block that changes daily working life most noticeably. Instead of an empty message field, it asks for the details you would have to collect on the phone anyway. That achieves two things at once: enquiries that do not suit your business often break off while being filled in, and the remaining ones arrive complete enough for you to judge whether a site visit is worthwhile without calling back. The form still stays short enough to complete on a phone in about a minute. All fields and variants are listed on the enquiry form page.

  • Town and postcode, so enquiries outside your operating area are recognisable immediately
  • Trade to choose from: paving, terraces, fencing, ponds, tree care or grounds maintenance
  • Approximate area or length, so that tiny jobs and large projects become separable
  • Preferred timing, which either matches the capacity of your crews or does not
  • A field for photos of the existing surface, uploaded straight from the phone
  • A callback request with a time, so you do not ring three times in vain

Visibility in your operating area

A landscape gardening business does not need nationwide reach, it needs visibility in the towns it can reach with trailer and crew in a reasonable time. We therefore align the website consistently with your operating area: dedicated pages for the most important towns, cleanly marked-up location data, a complete profile in the usual map services and business directories, and a consistent spelling of name, address and phone number across all entries. A particular position in search results cannot be assured, but the technical and editorial preconditions for it can. Which towns make sense for you we clarify in the initial consultation; the approach is described on the local visibility page, and an overview of the towns is available under regions.

Town pages, not a town list

A list of twenty place names in the footer helps nobody. For the most important towns we write dedicated pages with real projects from the surrounding area.

Structured location data

Address, opening hours and trades are stored in machine-readable form, so search services can correctly assign your business to the region.

Directory entries

We check existing entries in map and business directories, harmonise the details and add missing services and images.

Preparing your existing photos

Almost every business has good visual material, it is simply unsorted on a phone: three hundred shots of one site, five of them usable, with site fencing in the background and a crooked horizon. We take over the review, make the selection, straighten, crop, match the colours and bring everything to a web-friendly size, so the site loads quickly even on a weak mobile connection. We also assign the images to projects and write the image descriptions. Photo preparation starts at 290 € net, plus VAT. Which shots are worth taking and how you can produce usable photos yourself with little effort in future is set out on the photos for your website page.

Job ads and a careers section

Finding landscape gardeners, foremen and apprentices through a notice board and word of mouth is becoming increasingly laborious. A careers section on your own website is the address you can point to in every conversation, in every advert and on every vehicle. We build it so that an applicant understands within a few minutes how work is organised at your business: crew size, machinery, travel times, how overtime is handled, the winter arrangement. Added to that is a short application that works from a phone in a handful of fields, without a covering letter and without registration. How the ads are structured is described on the job ads page.

Making reviews visible

Most landscape gardening businesses have satisfied customers but hardly any reviews, because nobody ever asks for them. We set up a small, fixed routine for this: a short message after handover, a short link or QR code on the invoice, and a collected page on your website where feedback appears alongside the matching project images. What matters here is integrity: no reviews are invented, bought or filtered, real customers are simply asked at the right moment. How the routine works in day-to-day operation without anyone having to remember it is explained on the reviews for landscaping businesses page.

Relaunching an existing website

Many businesses are not starting from scratch but have a site that was built ten years ago: barely usable on a phone, without project images, with a phone number nobody can tap. In that case we first check what is worth keeping. Copy that describes your way of working well is carried over, usable photos are prepared, the address stays as it is. Old page paths are redirected to the new ones so that existing links and directory entries do not run into nothing. What to watch out for during the move, and how to recognise a genuine renovation case, is set out on the relaunch page.

Maintenance and hosting

After launch, a website does not stay up to date by itself. So that you do not have to deal with it, we take over ongoing operation on request: hosting in German data centres, updates, daily backups, availability monitoring and smaller text changes. When a new project is finished, you send us the images and the gallery grows without anyone in the business having to deal with technology. Maintenance and hosting start at 39 € net per month, plus VAT, and can be cancelled monthly with no minimum term. The scope of each level is listed on the maintenance and hosting page.

The season built in: winter is planning time

In landscape gardening, demand appears to collapse in November. In fact, many larger garden projects are discussed and awarded exactly then, because private customers have time in winter to think about the spring. A website that takes this into account also works during the quiet period: with content about planning, about preparing a terrace renovation, about sequences and lead times, and with an enquiry form that explicitly asks about the preferred date in the coming year. Conversely, winter maintenance and tree care can be brought forward during the colder half of the year. How this can be spread across the year is described on the seasonal planning page.

  • Content for the winter planning phase instead of standstill from November to March
  • The enquiry form asks for the preferred date in the coming season
  • Winter maintenance and tree care can be moved to the front seasonally
  • Spring capacity becomes easier to plan because enquiries arrive earlier

What is not part of our services

The boundaries matter just as much as the offer, so that no false expectations arise in the first conversation. We build and look after websites for landscape gardening businesses. Anything beyond that we do not do, and we do not broker it for a commission either. If you need one of these services, we say so openly and work together with whoever you appoint.

  • We do not run paid adverts and do not manage advertising budgets. The website is designed to bring enquiries without ongoing advertising costs.
  • We do not look after social networks. Posts, comments and messages stay with you or with a provider of your choice.
  • We do not produce drone footage or video. We are happy to embed existing material, but somebody else records it.
  • We do not prepare quotations, take measurements or run site management. That remains your craft; we only make sure the enquiries match it.

How the building blocks work together in practice

Enquiries did not fit
Starting point
An empty message field on the old site, enquiries without a location and without any indication of area.
Measure
Introduced an enquiry form with town, trade, area and preferred timing, and named the operating area on the site.
Result
Enquiries arrive complete, and the decision about a site visit is made without a callback.
Images lay idle
Starting point
Project photos spread across two phones, while the website showed only stock imagery.
Measure
Reviewed the stock, assembled projects, sorted the portfolio gallery by trade and location.
Result
Prospects see real surfaces from their own area instead of interchangeable symbolic pictures.
The winter gap
Starting point
Hardly any enquiries from November to March, with crews scheduled late in the spring.
Measure
Added planning content for the quiet period; the form asks for the preferred date in the coming season.
Result
Conversations about larger garden projects happen earlier, and spring planning does not start from zero.

A reference from the trade

We look after the web presence of Viktor Waldbauer Garten- und Landschaftsbau in Nordstemmen. The business works with sand-set slabs, builds terraces and cisterns and lays out complete garden schemes. Further examples and our project approach are available under references; who stands behind the work is described under about us.

How the website of a garden landscaping firm could look

The draft shows structure and handling: trades you can filter by group, a slider between the original state and the finished garden, the route to handover. The business in it is invented.

Private garden site with service filter and before-after slider

A draft for a private garden business: six trades can be filtered by group, a slider fades between the original state and the finished garden, and the route from consultation through design and construction to handover has its own section. A further part answers from what area size a full crew makes sense and what happens in the first year after handover. The enquiry form asks for trade, location and area size.
