Contact for your landscape gardening website
Whether it is a first website, a relaunch or a site that finally brings suitable enquiries: in a free initial consultation we clarify which trades matter most, how far you travel and which enquiries you currently receive too many of. No obligation, in plain language and with a price range that is settled during the conversation.

In landscape gardening, decisions are rarely made at a desk. The call comes from the vehicle, the message in the evening after the site, and in between the crew is waiting for the next instruction. That is why we keep getting in touch as short as possible: a few sentences about your business, your trades and your operating area are enough. You do not need to prepare anything, know any technical terms or bring a finished concept. We listen, put things into context and tell you openly what makes sense in your situation and what you can leave aside for now. What a landscaping website contains is set out on the services and pricing pages.

What happens after your message
How to reach us
You decide which route suits you best. Many owners write a short message through the form in the evening, others pick up the phone between two sites. Both are right, and both reach the same person. There is no hold queue, no ticketing system and no transfer through three departments. If you are unsure how to describe your concern, a sentence like "Our site is ten years old and barely usable on a phone" or "We receive too many enquiries for tiny jobs" is enough. We clarify everything else in the conversation. We treat your details confidentially and use them solely to answer your enquiry.
Contact form
The most direct route is the form on this page. Write briefly which trades you offer and in which towns you work. If you like, add a time that suits a callback, so we do not reach you in the middle of laying a paving bed.
Telephone
Prefer to talk directly? Call us on 05123 9579000. If we happen to be in a conversation, leave a short message with a callback request. We will get back to you at a time that fits your working day, in the early evening if that suits you better.
By email you can reach us at mail@galabau-homepage.de. Feel free to attach whatever already exists: the address of your current website, a logo, a few project photos from your phone. The more we can see in advance, the more concrete our first reply will be.

When you can reach us
We are available on working days during normal office hours and, because there is rarely time to make calls during the day in landscape gardening, by arrangement in the early evening as well. If you do not reach us straight away, we are usually in a conversation: a short voicemail or a note in the form is enough and we will call back. Enquiries that arrive at the weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day. In the peak season between March and June, arranging an appointment sometimes takes a few days longer, because many businesses plan at the same time then (project experience). In that case we tell you honestly when you can expect the next step instead of promising a date we cannot keep.
First enquiries
We answer enquiries through the form or by email usually within one working day. If your message falls on a weekend, we get back to you on the following working day. In every case you receive a personal reply, not merely an automatic acknowledgement.
Appointments
We usually find a slot for the initial consultation within a few days. We adapt to your daily routine: early before loading up, at midday during the break or in the evening after the site. Half an hour to three quarters of an hour is normally enough.
Ongoing projects
During implementation you have a fixed contact person who knows your business and does not start from scratch with every call. The route stays the same after launch, for example when new project photos are to go into the portfolio gallery.
What the initial consultation clarifies
Some businesses have spoken to an agency before and afterwards received a quote full of terms nobody in the business could explain. With us the conversation runs the other way round: first it is about your work, only then about the website. We ask which trades you offer and which of them you want to expand, how far you travel with trailer and crew, how large a job has to be for it to pay off, and which enquiries you currently receive too many of. Almost everything else follows from those answers: the page structure by trade, the towns for which dedicated pages make sense, and the fields in the enquiry form. By the end of the conversation you know which scope suits your business and roughly what it costs. We do not promise a particular number of enquiries or a position in search results, because that cannot seriously be assured.
You get in touch
Via the form, phone or email. Two or three sentences are enough: trades, operating area and what bothers you about the current situation. Whether you have an existing site or are starting from scratch is something we clarify together afterwards.
We arrange an appointment
We suggest time slots that fit a working day in landscape gardening, outside office hours if you prefer. The conversation takes place by phone or video call; an appointment on site is possible by arrangement.
We listen and ask questions
The conversation covers your operating area, your trades, your usual job sizes and the enquiries that reach you at the moment. You do not need technical knowledge for this, and there are no wrong answers.
You receive an assessment
We tell you which scope suits your business, what should be done first and what can wait. We also name a price range, so you can do the maths after the conversation without waiting for a written quote.
A quote follows on request
If you want to proceed, you receive a written quote with a fixed price, itemised by position. Implementation only begins once you approve it; until then you incur no costs.
What you should bring to the conversation
You do not need to prepare anything. Even so, the conversation becomes far more concrete if three things are settled: images, a contact person and your operating area. Images, because in landscape gardening the eye decides and only your own material shows what your work actually looks like. A fixed contact person, because otherwise queries wander between the office, site management and the owner, and projects hang on that longer than on any technical question (project experience). And the operating area, because it determines which towns deserve dedicated pages and where enquiries mean more effort than turnover for you. See the following list as an offer, not as homework: even without these points we can have a good conversation and fill in the gaps together.
- Project photos from your phone, unsorted is fine: finished surfaces, work in progress and, where available, before shots
- A fixed contact person in the business who can answer queries and approve images
- Your operating area: the towns and districts you still travel to with trailer and crew
- The trades you offer and the ones you want to expand, for example terraces rather than pure grounds maintenance
- The address of your current website, if there is one, together with access details if they are to hand
- A rough idea of timing: before the season, during winter or with no fixed date

Finding us and meetings on site
We are based in Söhlde in the district of Hildesheim, east of Hildesheim and west of Salzgitter. A meeting at our office is possible but in most cases not necessary: the initial consultation takes place by phone or video call, documents are exchanged digitally, and approving the finished pages works the same way. If a personal meeting does make sense, for example because images are to be reviewed or projects selected together, we usually come to you at your yard or to a site nearby. That saves you the journey, and we see with our own eyes what a surface actually looks like. Appointments always take place by arrangement so that nobody stands in front of a locked door. The towns we mainly work in are listed under regions; the trades we know are listed under industries.
Address
Glockruthenallee 16, 31185 Söhlde, district of Hildesheim, Lower Saxony. You can reach us by post at this address. For a personal conversation a short arrangement in advance makes sense, because we are often out visiting businesses.
Getting here
Coming from Hanover you travel via Hildesheim, from Braunschweig via Salzgitter, from Peine along the country road. We send precise directions before an agreed appointment, so there is no searching around the village.
We come to you
For businesses in Lower Saxony we come to the yard or to the site by arrangement. Outside the region we work by phone and video call; collaboration also runs smoothly across greater distances.

Why landscape gardening businesses get in touch with us
We build websites for landscape gardening businesses and for nobody else. That sounds like a restriction, but it saves a lot of time in conversation: nobody has to explain to us why an enquiry from two districts away rarely suits a grounds maintenance crew, why different topics matter in November than in May, or why project photos convince more than any advertising copy. You are talking to someone who knows the terms: crew, measuring up, paving bed, winter service contract. That makes the initial conversation shorter and the suggestions more concrete.
- One contact for copy, images and technology instead of three responsibilities
- A page structure by trade, so prospects immediately see whether you do their job
- An enquiry form that asks for town, trade, area and timing in advance
- Visibility where you actually drive, see local visibility
A reference from the trade
Confidential and without sales pressure
A good moment for the first conversation is earlier than most people think. Anyone calling in spring is already in the middle of the season and has time neither for selecting images nor for approving copy. In winter, by contrast, there is room to put projects together calmly, sort out the trades and get the site online before the next season. At the same time, many larger garden projects are discussed during the colder half of the year, because private customers then have time to think about the coming spring. How content can be spread across the year so the website also works from November to March is described on the seasonal planning page. If you do get in touch in the middle of the season, that is no problem either: we then schedule the work so that the approvals fall into the quieter hours.
