Who looks after updates and backups?

We do, on request. Ongoing support covers updates, daily backups, availability monitoring and smaller text changes, such as new phone hours or an additional trade. That starts at 39 € net per month, plus VAT. If you prefer to handle it yourself, that is possible; we then tell you beforehand what needs doing regularly so the site does not stand still after two years.
