Abbreviation for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals
In short and in plain language
REACH is a rule of the European Union on chemicals.
It says how they are logged, checked, allowed and limited.
It also limits tiny bits of plastic. One example is the small grains on fake grass pitches.
